After you contact us, by phone, email or through the contact form (at right), we’ll simply have a chat with you about where you think the problems and opportunities are. Chances are, you may not even be sure what the issues are, that’s ok, we know what to ask you and our experience let’s us identify the things you’ll need to work on. We work with you to develop some options that you think would be suitable to you AND your business. The main thing is that we find the right way to work with you and your people to make the changes you’re looking for.
Your business needs people who can help across a broad range of areas. You don’t want someone who only knows HR, or only knows the computer system. You want people who can integrate across your whole business. Why? Because everything in your business is connected, nothing stands alone as an island, which means when you tweak or fix one thing, you’ll impact other things in the business and if you hire someone to help you that doesn’t understand this, you break as many things as you try to fix and waste some serious money into the bargain. Phire Power are NOT accountants, we are business advisers and consultants that have experience across all areas of your business. We’re happy to work with your accountants or bookkeepers if you want, but we feel it’s better to let the number crunch the numbers and let the business people run the business.
We are completely flexible and do not require that you sign any long term contracts. There are many options and we work with you to find the arrangement that suits you and your budget while still delivering the results you need.
Once we begin, it’s obviously better to keep making progress until the results are being achieved. However, we do understand that circumstance in business, and in family life, can change at a moments notice and you will sometimes need flexibility to move things around to accommodate. We are happy to work with you in meeting any changes in circumstances as well as making sure you stay on track with your progress
The cost of help is completely within your control. We don’t charge an hourly rate, our fees are based on the work you need done and value we can provide to you, your people and your business.
We have monthly retainers in place with some clients from as little as $250 a month, and all the way up to full-service programs at $15,000 a month.
You can also choose 1-off services.
For example: A safety review/audit and report may cost $1,500. You can then choose to have us work with your team to implement any corrective actions necessary for a monthly fee, or for a total amount payable in advance. It’s up to you.
